FC Tulsa Academy Hosts Age Group Transition Sessions Throughout April

  • Apr 7
  • 1 min read

The FC Tulsa Academy is excited to announce a series of Age Group Transition Sessions taking place throughout the month of April. These sessions are designed to support player development, provide clarity ahead of tryouts, and ensure every athlete is placed in the best possible environment for their growth.

Session Dates:

  • Tuesday, April 7

  • Tuesday, April 21

  • Tuesday, April 28

(All session times are listed in the image below.)

The primary objective of these sessions is to allow coaches to evaluate players within their new age group setting for the upcoming season. This process helps staff make informed decisions ahead of tryouts, ensuring each player is placed in an environment that maximizes development, confidence, and long-term success.

For current players, this is a key step in the evaluation process as the club prepares for the next seasonal cycle. It allows coaches to assess not only technical ability, but also how players adapt, compete, and fit within a new age group dynamic.

For players outside the club, these sessions provide a valuable opportunity to:

  • Experience the FC Tulsa Academy training environment

  • Meet and work directly with our coaching staff

  • Get early exposure ahead of tryouts

  • Be evaluated for potential placement and overall fit within the club

At FC Tulsa Academy, our commitment remains clear: player-first development and proper placement. These transition sessions are a critical piece in making sure every player is set up for success going into tryouts and beyond.

We look forward to seeing both current and prospective players on the field this April.
